Episode 6: Return of the Gods Pt 1-Ba’al

What happens when a nation turns its back on God — and what fills the void?

In Part 1 of this three-part series inspired by Jonathan Cahn’s Return of the Gods, Kristen Kipper and Pastor Penny Schulz explore the ancient spiritual influence of Ba’al, known in Scripture as “the possessor.” Through a biblical lens, we examine how Israel’s rejection of God opened the door to spiritual deception — and how similar patterns are emerging in the United States today.

This episode dives into who Ba’al was, the entity behind this false god, and how its influence has resurfaced throughout history and culture. We also discuss how spiritual compromise doesn’t remain personal — it impacts families, nations, and generations.

Most importantly, we talk about what believers can do: how to recognize deception, resist spiritual influence, and turn back to God in obedience and truth.

This is not about fear or speculation — it’s about discernment, repentance, and returning to the One who gives life and freedom. Part 1 sets the foundation for the deeper conversations to come in Episodes 7 and 8.
